Hm. Kinda dusty around here. Let’s change that.

What’s that mess above? Oh, just the usual way I start packing. I throw everything on the bed, sort into piles, then decide what’s in and what’s out. Those of you who have followed for a while may recognize some of my packing list from last year, and an MVP or two. I have a sneaking suspicion that I may bring basically the same stuff (out: puffy jacket because it’s summer where we’re going. In: a couple of cotton t-shirts for planes and sleeping).

Oh, wait. What are we doing? Where are we going? Pretty simple – we’re headed on another long (ish) trip. Not quite like the jaunt ‘Round The World we did last year, but much more than the week-into-10-days vacay that too often seems to be the norm in these parts. We’ll be on the road for nearly a month, visiting a couple of new-to-us places and some familiar haunts.

And, of course, we will see some people we adore. Stay tuned! We’ll be writing here, and updating when we can.
